Key Responsibilities:
Support the Service Management function
Investigate and analyze IT incidents
Identify root causes and document findings
Prepare and deliver management information (MI) on incident trends
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
1st or 2:1 degree from Russell Group university in Computer Science, Data or IT
Strong analytical and communication skills
Interest in IT Service Management
