If you have a knack for identifying and seizing new business opportunities, we want to hear from you!Role Description This full-time, on-site Graduate Management Trainee position is based in Watford. As a trainee, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including project delivery, campaign coordination and team collaboration. This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to develop essential management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and beyond. This includes setting clear goals, outlining steps to achieve them, and adjusting strategies as needed.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients, including prospective clients, partners, and industry influencers. This involves regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with their business objectives.Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. This includes participating in brainstorming sessions, providing feedback on campaigns, and ensuring client expectations are met.Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. This includes identifying potential leads, pitching products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Regularly report on progress to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.Project Coordination: Learn how to coordinate and manage various projects from inception to completion. This includes setting timelines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Data Analysis: Analyze market data and generate reports to support business decisions.
