Our client, a leading consultancy in the marine sector, is currently seeking a Graduate Naval Architect to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior naval architects and engineers in the design and analysis of marine vessels and structures
- Participating in the development and optimisation of ship designs
- Conducting stability and hydrodynamic assessments
- Preparing detailed technical reports and presentations
- Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and client communications
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Contributing to research and development initiatives within the marine sector
- Engaging in site visits and inspections as required
Job Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong interest in working within the maritime domain
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Pride in your work and a desire to deliver a first-class service
- Determination to further your career and gain Chartered Engineer status
