This role is permanent, full time and based on site at our fantastic Global Head Office in Newcastle! Many of our staff started their career, having never recruited before! Some sales related skills are highly beneficial but not compulsory to be considered here!You'll be involved in 360 end to end exciting, tech recruitment! Trained to be a high level head hunter, taking expert ownership of your own desk. You'll source, screen, set up job interviews, negotiate & close job offers for mid-senior level specialist IT professionals. Statistically the commission you receive is significantly higher than a generic recruitment role!You'll follow a clear meritocratic career plan to fairly progress asap. If you hit your target, you're empowered to move up to the next level.
