The Role: As a Graduate Planner, you will be involved in a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to commercial and infrastructure planning. You will work closely with a experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the planning process. Your role will include:

• Conducting research and site analysis


• Preparing planning applications and supporting documents


• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities


• Assisting in the preparation of development plans and strategies


• Attending site visits and community consultations

About You:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, Geography, or a related field

• A full UK drivers license


• Local to Exeter or familar with the area
