Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are working with an existing client who is looking for a graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team, you will be site based and cover the Surrey projects, so just MUST be able to drive.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:�

  Preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, interim valuations of the construction�

  
  


• 
  

  Variations and Measurements

  
  


• 
  

  Cost Control�

  
  


• 
  

  Cost reporting�

  
  

• 
  

  Liaise with all Internal teams�

  
  


• 
  

  Attend projects meetings�

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with procurement�

  
  


• 
  

  Final Accounts�

  
  


• 
  

  Provide support in the cost management and financial reporting�

  
  

• 
  

  Attend meetings to provide QS input�

  
  


• 
  

  Review project progress and present project data as appropriate�

  
  

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor must have/be:�

  Degree in Quantity Surveying��

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant IT Skills�

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent oral communication and written skills�

  
  


• 
  

  A good knowledge of Maths�

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail�

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills�

  Confident, Articulate and a critical thinker�
