Package: £20,000 - £30,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team in London.

The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation. With values from £1m up to £30m.

Duties

• The Graduate Quantity Surveyor would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation.


• Able to create and follow clearly set-out processes


• Methodical, analytical and organised with an attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 


• Ability to work well under pressure


• Personable and effective team player


• Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.

Requirements

• A Graduate Quantity Surveyor who has a degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Management/ Construction


• Someone has the ambitions to progress
