Graduate Recruitment Consultant, An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a Worle, Weston based recruitment agency.
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will be trained in a role which includes business development, searching for CVs, advertising positions, interviewing candidates and all of the coordination and negotiation that comes with being a recruitment consultant.
This is an office based, sales focused position which requires lots of outbound calling and a highly organised approach.
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant position will suit a graduate who has some telesales experience or recruitment experience.
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant will need to be bright, able to work MS Office programmes and have excellent communication skills.
The Graduate Recruitment Consultant salary range is �25-35k + �18k commission OTE + pension.
There is a role for a more experienced consultant also.
