Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Monarch Education

Location: Bristol
Salary: Competitive + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM during school holidays.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching talented educators with schools, helping to meet the staffing needs of primary, secondary, and special educational needs (SEN) schools. You will work closely with clients and candidates, building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with schools and educational institutions.
    • \n
    • Understand the staffing requirements of schools and match the right candidates to the right roles.
    • \n
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are satisfied with the recruitment process.
    • \n
    \n

  • \n

    Candidate Sourcing & Management:

    \n
      \n
    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for teaching and support roles.
    • \n
    • Ensure all candidates are fully vetted, including compliance checks, reference checks, and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.
    • \n
    • Provide guidance to candidates through the recruitment process, offering support and advice.
    • \n
    \n

    Business Development:

    • Proactively generate new business opportunities and expand the client base by reaching out to schools and educational establishments.
    • \n
    • Attend meetings and network within the education sector to build Monarch Education's reputation and brand presence.

    Sales & Target Achievement:

      \n
    • Manage a sales-driven environment, working towards targets and KPIs.
    • \n
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with schools and clients to ensure both parties are satisfied.
    • \n
    • Maintain a high level of activity within the recruitment process, focusing on meeting both client and candidate needs.
    • \n

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with other consultants within the team to share insights and build a collaborative working environment.

    Qualifications:

    • A recent graduate - all disciplines are welcome
    • \n
    • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
