\n Graduate Recruitment Manager Key Responsibilities:
\n Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the London based Trainees including advertising, application screening, and overseeing Spring, Summer, and Winter Vacation Schemes
Work closely with the Early Careers Partners and Early Careers Advisor to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent from leading universities
Provide comprehensive support to future trainees preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE)
Lead the seat rotation process, ensuring trainees gain a broad and balanced experience across different practice areas
Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with visa and immigration requirements and all right-to-work checking processes for trainees completing a seat overseas
