This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Rural Surveyor looking to progress their career in ruran surveying, with a view to obtaining Chartership.



The Role:




  • You will be supporting the Rural Land Agency Department with various tasks related to rural property management and professional services

  • This includes tasks such as Estate Management, Land Sales, Valuations, Landlord and tenant matters including lettings, renewals and rent reviews for rural and commercial properties and advising on farm support schemes and grants.




  • Excellent communication skills, both�writing and verbally

  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle

  • Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise own time and workload

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and good keyboard skills

  • BSc Graduate in Rural Estate and Land Management or equivalent
