Contract Type: Full-Time from September 2024

Salary: �90+ depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a Secondary team in Lambeth, London, starting in September 2024. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support students' learning and development while gaining valuable experience in education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and delivering lessons with the class teacher
• Work with individual students or small groups for additional support
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher
• Help with administrative tasks like preparing materials and marking
• Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• A strong passion for education and helping young people achieve their potential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential
