Contract Type: Full-Time, September 2024

Salary: �90+ per day, based on experience

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Secondary team for the entire academic year beginning in September. In this role, you will be vital in supporting students' learning and development while gaining valuable educational experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and delivering lessons with the class teacher's guidance
• Provide additional support and guidance to individual students or small groups
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback to the class teacher
• Help with administrative tasks such as preparing materials and marking
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as needed

Requirements:

• A strong passion for education and helping young people succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting is a plus, but not required
