Contract Type: Full-Time, starting September
Salary: �85+ per day, depending on experience

A secondary school in Islington is on the lookout for a motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team for the upcoming academic year. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the education field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Offer extra support to individual students or small groups.
• Track and report on student progress to teachers.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing resources and marking work.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
• Previous experience with children or young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
