About the Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students across a range of subjects and age groups. Your duties will include:

• Assisting the teacher in delivering lessons
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
• Helping with classroom management and student engagement
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) where applicable
• Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• A recent graduate (any subject area)
• Passion for education and supporting young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• Prior experience in a school or tutoring is beneficial but not essential
