As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide support in the classroom, assist with lesson preparation, and work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Support pupils with their learning and personal development, helping them achieve their goals.
- Work 1:1 with children who may have ASD, ADHD, or SEMH needs, offering tailored interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement effective learning strategies.

What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
