The Role:

• Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant.
• Salary: �80-�100 per day, depending on experience.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers across KS1 and KS2, assisting pupils with academic progress, emotional well-being, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils who need extra help with learning.
• Assist with speech & language interventions, phonics, and numeracy support.
• Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning needs.
• Use strategies such as visual aids, sensory learning, and structured routines to help children engage.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to ensure each child thrives.

What We're Looking For:

• A graduate in Psychology, Sociology, SEN Studies, or Education.
• A strong interest in working with children with additional needs.
• A positive and adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills.
• An ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• A future ambition to train as a teacher, SEN specialist, or educational psychologist.
