A large Church of England primary school in Ealing are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their school on a full-time basis from April.

The Role

In this role, you will provide support across the infant school site, helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for 4- to 7-year-olds.

Your primary focus will be supporting children who require additional help within lessons, ensuring they can fully participate and progress in their learning. Some of the children will have specific SEND needs and will require one-to-one support helping them to develop confidence and independence. You will also work with small groups, delivering tailored interventions to reinforce key skills and concepts and support class teachers with lesson preparation and resource organisation.

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

This role is offered on a full-time ongoing contract basis.

This large Church of England, four-form entry primary school in Ealing is one of the largest Christian primary schools in the UK.
