Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and pupils, work#####with children who have SEN, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs), and learn#####difficultie#####trong>.
Key R#####nsibilities#####trong>
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with#####ils who nee#####ditional support.
- Assist teachers in deliv#####g structure#####d engaging lessons.
- speech & language interventio#####phonics, an#####meracy skills.
- Help pupils with autism, ADHD, and behavioural needs develop social and academic confidence.
- Collaborate with the SENCO, class teacher, and therapists to provide the best support strategies.
