Graduate Town Planner - Exeter

My client is a planning consultancy firm based in the UK. The company specialises in providing expert advice and services in urban planning, including planning applications, site appraisals, and development strategy. Their services are geared towards developers, landowners, and local authorities, offering expertise in navigating the complexities of the UK planning system. Their planning team has a wealth of experience in dealing with a variety and complex residential, commercial, retail, and urban regeneration development schemes. They are looking for a Graduate Town Planner with a RTPI accredited degree to join their office in Exeter!

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• MRTPI Accredited degree
• Strong communication skills in the form of report writing.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving.
• Commercially astute and process driven, with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong time management, organisational, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work well as part of a team to meet project
