As a Graduate Town Planner, you will join this dynamic planning team based in the heart of historic Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of planning projects, from residential and commercial developments to public space regeneration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of planning applications and reports, ensuring compliance with local planning policies and regulations.
• Conduct research and gather data to support planning proposals and development strategies.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and local communities to gather feedback and contribute to consultations.
• Stay up to date with planning legislation, local policies, and emerging trends in town planning.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to develop their skills in town planning. You will have:

• A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of planning regulations and policies.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
