Graduate, Trainee Account Executive

Due to continuing expansion our client, an international manufacturing company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Trainee/Graduate to complement their growing team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

· Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients.

· Build strong and positive relationships with customers and clients at all levels.

· Focus on growing and developing existing clients.

· Provide detailed management information reports to clients and the Executive Team as and when required.

· Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.

· Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments

· Adhere to GDPR legislation with regard to the processing of personal and confidential information.

· Keep accurate records of sales, contacts and deals using the company CRM system.

As an Ideal candidate you will have experience within Sales and/or Sales Administration role together with excellent IT skills, you will always display exceptional organisational skills together with a corporate and professional approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A First or 2:1 in a Business or related degree would be beneficial but not essential.
