As a Graduate Trainee Search Consultant, you’ll be immersed in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle—from identifying and approaching top-tier professionals to building and maintaining lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. This role offers the unique chance to become a trusted advisor, helping clients secure exceptional talent and guiding candidates as they shape their careers.



Key Responsibilities




  • Source and identify top-tier candidates through research, networking, and proactive outreach.

  • Build strong client relationships by delivering market insights, candidate assessments, and strategic talent advice.

  • Manage the full recruitment process from initial engagement to candidate placement and beyond.



About You




  • A university degree, with a strong interest in finance, sales, or recruitment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior-level professionals.

  • A results-driven attitude, with resilience and the determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
