Graduate/Trainee Surveyor

Graduate/Trainee Surveyor Wanted!

Our client is seeking a Graduate/Trainee Surveyor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor will be working for a fast-growing team within the Brighton office. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor must have a driving license and be enthusiastic about surveying, with either a degree or a minimum of 6 months of experience in surveying.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate/Trainee Surveyor:

• Property inspections
• Photography
• Reading and appraising drawings
• Reviewing construction method statements
• Carry out drone surveys
• Liaise with homeowners, developers, contractors and counterpart surveyors

Skills Required for the Graduate/Trainee Surveyor:

• Must have a driving license and own transport
• Construction-related qualification or some experience in surveying
• Enthusiasm in surveying, keen to learn and develop
• Willing to travel to sites when required
• Salary based on experience
