Our team is known for its supportive atmosphere, where everyone works together to achieve success.Role Responsibilities:Project Support: Providing essential support to the team and individual consultants so the operations of the business work efficiently. This will include drafting client documents from briefings i.e. pitch presentations, partnership proposals, candidate briefing packs, CVs and ad hoc marketing materials.Market Research: Research on companies within the industry using company database and other public forums. Conduct preliminary searches on LinkedIn Recruiter when necessary, previous experience advantageous but not essential. Diary Management and Support: Participate in, and organise key meetings with clients and/or candidates for founders of the business, ensuring agendas are prepared in advance if necessary and detailed notes are taken and updated where necessary. Support with scheduling interviews for client and candidate diaries when necessary. Travel Management: Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for the team.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of trust. Occasionally assist with the confidential distribution of Non-Disclosure Agreements when appropriate.Ad hoc support: Provide any additional support to the team as required, as and when necessary. Business Process & Customer Service: Identify and test/implement new ways to enhance customer service and streamline business processes for greater efficiency. The Successful Applicant: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Thrive working in a fast-paced environment, have outstanding organisational skills, prioritising tasks as they arise. Strong attention to detail and creative writing skills. Willingness to use AI to improve business efficiencies and an interest in improving ways of working.High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to think on your feet and deal with last-minute and urgent changes.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
