Join us, and you'll be part of a company that values innovation, creativity, and purpose, driving a movement that's redefining fashion for a new generation.Role Overview:As our Graphic/Mid-Weight Designer, you’ll create and maintain a consistent visual identity through high-converting, data-driven static and motion assets for various marketing and digital channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and manage the design process from concept to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Creative Asset Development:Design static and motion assets for multiple channels, including websites, ads, CRM materials, and social media.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, evolving the Go Thrift visual identity as needed.Lead the design process from concept to delivery, overseeing quality and consistency.Collaboration & Project Management:Work closely with product, marketing, and other teams on multi-channel campaigns, creating final assets that align with brand and campaign goals.Execute and manage the creation of digital ads, landing pages, social media visuals, and other marketing materials.Data-Driven Design & Template Creation:Use data-driven insights to refine designs for optimal performance across advertising channels.Design and build dynamic templates for social media and email campaigns.Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).Up-to-date portfolio showcasing your work and style.Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and colour theory.Proven track record in direct response design, creating attention-grabbing graphics that drive conversions.Ability to manage projects with quick turnarounds and meet tight deadlines.Effective team collaboration and receptiveness to constructive feedback.Meticulous attention to detail in all design work.Strategic and innovative thinker, always seeking fresh design solutions.Experience using data-driven insights to refine and optimise designs for various digital platforms.Position Overview:Job Title: Graphic DesignerDepartment: Marketing Contract Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)Salary: £25-30K per annum (dependent on experience) Location: Blackburn, North-West EnglandOffice & Remote Balance: Hybrid working model with a requirement for 2 days per week in the officeAnnual Leave: 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays) plus an extra day off for your birthdayBenefits: Includes company pension, 50% staff discount, and the opportunity to drive change in the sustainable fashion industryEqual Opportunities:We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
