Lets get right into it- We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team and help us elevate the brand through captivating visual content. We're looking for someone who's not afraid to take risks, push boundaries, and bring visual vibrancy to our brand. So what will you be doing at Kukoon:As our Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for owning our visual identity across all touchpoints. You will be designing assets for use across all our platforms to meet campaign deadlines! Along with our marketing team you will be involved in developing campaign ideas to achieve results and build our brand presence in the Irish and UK markets. Creative development-The team is constantly developing creative campaign ideas. It will be your role to translate their design briefs into compelling graphics. Bring creative briefs from concept through to final artwork. Understand the brief, proactively work with colleagues to deliver designs on time and to a high standard. Create assets for both web and print, ensuring brand consistency. Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings(yes youll have to go to meetings!) Translate ideas into design proposals, tailored to work across all platforms and channels and in synergy with other campaigns. Technical prowess-Your work will range from printed point of sales collateral to promotional web banners. Demonstrable graphic design experience (hint: Sending us your portfolio and any examples of success will be a big hit!) Proven track record of producing designs that achieve results and meet specifications. Experience producing digital assets: statics, video, motion GIF, and responsive HTML for a range of platforms from social, CRM, display advertising, email, website, mobile, POS and offline advertising. Expert in Adobe suite with a key focus onInDesign and Photoshop. A knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma. The other stuff-You will be the guardian of our visual brand identity, but we need some analysis too. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brands style and voice.Maintaining and challenging standards across all channels in keeping with our brand direction. Managing your time effectively to produce designs to achieve KPIs and meet targets Developing a robust reporting process to reflect your performance against KPIs and goals. (KPIs will be around quantity of content, campaign performance etc) What you bring to the table A Degree in Graphic design or equivalent qualification. You think big and move fast. Choices need to be made, better to move fast, than hesitate and be stuck in limbo. We value risk taking, as you cant be a pioneer, without taking a few leaps. The ability to communicate at all levels. You are able to relate and get the best out of people, no matter if they work in the warehouse or they are part of the senior team. You challenge people with respect - not every idea is going to work. It is your job to ensure peoples voices are heard and valued, but you must guide people down the right path to the best design.
