Main purpose of job
Operative working in commercial kitchens, cleaning and servicing extraction systems to BESA TR19 standards and COSHH regulations.
Key Tasks
To clean parts of a kitchen extraction system as directed by the GHT Team Leader.
To ensure that work is carried out in line with Health and Safety (H&S) Regulations
To represent the Company on site and promote a professional image at all times.
To assist the Team Leader to ensure the vehicle, team tools and specialised equipment are maintained in a serviceable condition.
To be successful in the role of Grease Hygiene Operative you will need:
Full clean UK driving licence (essential, minor points considered)
Experience in grease hygiene industry (preferred)
An understanding of the tasks involved.
