Ground Improvement Manager

Our client is a global Ground Engineering contractor who have several �companies within their Group to service the construction industry. Due to requirements from existing clients, they are searching for an experienced manager to head up a new Ground Improvement Division within the business based in the South East (Will consider some flexibility with location).

About The Role & Candidate�

- You will ideally have experience in Estimating & Designing Ground Improvement techniques, especially Rigid inclusions & CMC (Stone columns.

- Ideally you will also have expeirence in the�installation capacity Stone Columns and� �Rigid Inclusions.�

- A minimum of�5 years expeirence in Ground Improvement.�

- Ideally you will be able to demostrate strong leadership skills

- Ideally you will be driven and want to help grow the division, where you will have an� opportunity to progress in a more senior role within the Group.�

- This opportunity would ideally suit somebody who would be confident to start a new division for a market leading contractor who already have enquiries, you will have the backing from the group.�
