Temp to Perm (40hrs per week)

Key Tasks:

• Perform a wide range of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, planting, and general landscaping


• Operate and maintain various grounds maintenance equipment


• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety


• Interact professionally with residents and clients


• Adhere to company policies and environmental guidelines


• Contribute to team efforts in delivering excellent service

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in grounds maintenance


• Valid UK driving license (essential)


• Knowledge of health and safety practices in grounds maintenance


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Excellent communication skills
