About the role

\n

We currently require multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in Colchester. You will keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

\n
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
\n
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
\n
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
\n
• A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential - to drive company vehicles up to 3.5t
\n
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
