Grounds Maintenance Operative

We at Skilled Careers are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join one of our clients covering Warwickshire on a contract basis. You will be required to complete various residential repairs and maintenance groundwork on social housing properties

Overview for the role:

Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative  

Location: Warwickshire, West Midlands

Rate: £18 per hour

Responsibilities of the Grounds Maintenance Operative:

• Complete any repairs and maintenance ground work


• Complete various works including slabbing, fencing and brickwork


• Complete work in both occupied and void properties, and be able to work unsupervised


• Aim for a first time fix on jobs provided

Requirements for Grounds Maintenance Operative role:

• NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying or Building Maintenance


• Experience in chosen field


• Social Housing Experience


• Full UK Driving License
