Grounds Maintenance Operative

We're looking for a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our grounds care team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our client's properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of gardening and grounds maintenance machinery, including strimmers, mowers, and hedge cutters
* Maintain and use company vehicles, plant, and equipment
* Ensure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
* Conduct daily checks to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
* Full UK manual driving license
* Safety boots and knowledge of health and safety procedures
* DBS Check (in place prior to start)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
