Are you an accomplished Grounds Maintenance Operative seeking a new challenge? If so, we would love to hear from you!

I am partnered with Europe's leading provider of grounds maintenance services who is looking to support and mentor successful applicants to be high performing Grounds Maintenance Team Leads.

Supervising your team, you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance and much more! This is a unique opportunity to enhance your current career, be trained to a high standard and challenge yourself in an encouraging and friendly environment!

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory capacity
• Must be able to work well in a team
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must hold a full valid UK Driving License and it is advantageous if you also hold a trailer licence (B + E)
