Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Concept Resources are working with a leading UK independent grounds maintenance provider who are looking to recruit a Grounds Team Leaders to join their team in Bristol

The ideal candidate should hold a full UK Driving Licence and have previous grounds work experience and ideally hold PA1 & PA6.

This is a temp to perm position, for the first 12 weeks you will be paid every Friday through the agency.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires physical labor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Will oversee a small team 1-3 and will look after 30-40 sites

- Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding

- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws

- Use hand tools to dig, plant, and maintain gardens and flower beds

- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed

- Assist with the installation of landscape features such as fences, pathways, and outdoor structures

- Clean and maintain outdoor furniture and fixtures

- Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines when operating equipment or working at heights
