About the role

\n

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and you'll be doing them all. As part of our mobile team in Nailsea, you will keep a number of local grounds in wonderful condition for our client as well as leading and supporting a small team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives. It's a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

\n

\n
• Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
\n
• Experience using powered grounds maintenance machinery is desired.
\n
• A full valid UK driving license is essential as this is part of a mobile team.
\n
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
\n
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
\n
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
