Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Groundworker with a valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger Ticket to join our team in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundwork, hold a CSCS card, and possess a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various groundwork tasks including excavation, drainage, and concreting.


• Safely sling and signal loads in accordance with industry standards.


• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.


• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.


• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time.


• Communicate effectively with supervisors and site managers regarding project progress and any issues that arise.


• Ensure site cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger Ticket.


• Valid CSCS Card.


• Valid UK driver's license.


• Proven experience in groundwork.


• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.


• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications related to construction and groundwork.


• Experience operating heavy machinery.
