At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced Groundworker for a full time position in Manchester on a temporary to permanent basis working in social housing maintenance. Experience in social housing is desired but not essential. You will be provided with your own company van.

The Job and duties of Groundworker/Fencer

  • Undertaking repairs 
  • Travelling from property to property undertaking repairs 
  • Paving and flagging
  • Fencing
  • Be happy customer facing 
  • Hard landscaping and brickwork 
  
  

Groundworkers must be experienced 

Be willing to travel to different properties to undertake repairs

Requirements for a Groundworker

  • You will need a Full UK driving license 
  • NVQ (ESSENTIAL)
  • Proven experience in the reactive repairs and maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
