Group Accountant

Overview Job Title: Group Accountant Reporting to: Group Finance Director Responsible for: Responsible for all group reporting for all Bell entities. Based at: Remote-working options available. There will be some meetings/events at Bell offices at York Road, London on an irregular basis. Scope: All Bell Group entities Responsibilities Responsible for all trial balances for all entities Group consolidated reporting P&L, balance sheet, cashflow Variance to forecast and budget analysis Prepare month-end journals Key owner in delivery of financial audits and internal quality audits External reporting and compliance Work with local auditors/accountants to file results Oversee intercompany reconciliations, invoices, recharges and analysis Ensure accounting standards and policies adhered to Involved in VAT returns, corporation tax filing Own company insurance input/administration National Statistics reporting Qualifications Qualified CIMA/ACCA/equivalent Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central an advantage Experience of working on international accounts Experience of consolidated accounts Experience of controlling intercompany processes and reconciliations Experience of owning audit deliverables Understanding of tax, transfer pricing Strong excel skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and as a team Strong communication skills Record of hitting deadlines Keen eye for detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
