Watford Community Housing Group Director of Partnerships & Investment Salary: £140,000 plus £8k car allowance Location: Hertfordshire At Watford Community Housing we own and manage 7,000 homes and associated assets across South-West Hertfordshire, with a focus on providing much-needed homes for lower-income households. We are very clear about our purpose, and as a Community Gateway organisation, we re committed to putting our tenants at the heart of everything we do. As well as working closely with residents to make sure we re delivering excellent services, we encourage our tenants to become members so they can vote and make decisions which help to shape what we do. We ve come a long way since our formation in 2007 and we are proud of what we have achieved to date, but we want to deliver even more. Working closely with our local authority and developer partners we want to deliver our ambitious development aspirations. It is an exciting time to be joining us as we develop our next corporate strategy and think about how we shape our future. We are looking for a Group Director of Partnerships and Investment who has the ambition to help us deliver our aspirations and who understands what it means to work in a Community Gateway organisation. You will bring a breadth of development, compliance and sustainability expertise and be used to working with a range of external partners and stakeholders, never forgetting that we aim to make a real difference to our customers by delivering better homes and investing in our communities.
