VPss�are currently looking to�appoint�an experienced�Finance Director for an established Sports Nutrition Business�based near Liverpool. The successful individual who is placed as the�Finance Director�will assist the Directors to manage and improve the accounting and finances of the Group and assist in potential expansion and company acquisitions�

Key�responsibilities�for the�Group Finance Director�will include:�

• 
  

  Supervise and monitor the transaction and order processing process, sales and purchase ledgers and reconciliation of bank and invoice finance accounts

  
  

• 
  

  Monitor and oversee supplier and payroll payments

  
  

• 
  

  You will be key on advising�on�financial�matters and helping guide�the business to further growth��

  
  

• 
  

  Preparation and submission of VAT returns

  
  

• 
  

  Managing of cashflows

  
  

• 
  

  Preparation of monthly management accounts

  
  

• 
  

  Identify, monitor and strive to improve relevant Key Performance Indicators

  
  

• 
  

  Ensure reporting requirements of relevant financial institutions are met

  
  

• 
  

  Preparation of Year End information for submission to external accountant ready for Statutory Accounts

  
  

• 
  

  Preparation of other financial information as and when required by the Directors

  
  

Responsibility for financial controls, minimising the risk to the Group.��
