Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Group Finance Manager.
The Company:- Is an AIM listed Plc with locations and operations all over Europe.
Established over 10 years ago, the company is enjoying a period of sustained growth and require a qualified accountant to support the Grp. financial controller.
The Role:- Responsible for producing UK subsidiary accounts,IFRS 16 Lease Schedules,share options calculations, and management fee breakdowns. Monthly Reporting includes,coordinating the management accounts process, balance sheet reconciliations, inter company accounting, fixed assets and prepare UK VAT returns. Group consolidations, assist throughout the audit process and partake in various ad hoc projects.
The person - Graduate newly qualified ACA, looking for their first move out of practice into an exciting commercial sector. You will be responsible for managing a small team of Management Accountants to achieve their goals and targets. Adding value by streamlining processes/controls and implementing best practices at all times. Supporting the operations teams by providing meaningful analysis to impact the business decision making process. Well presented, confident and outgoing, excellent communication skills, capable and thorough, comfortable taking early responsibility and getting involved. With strong excel skills this role is developing as the business grows and is a key member of the team.
