Group Financial Accountant

12-month maternity cover with a leading entertainment group based in London. The Group Financial Accountant plays a key role in delivering the internal and external reporting requirements for the UK group. Role entails: Preparing consolidated balance sheet reports under US/UK GAAP Overseeing external audits (US GAAP), statutory audits (FRS 102), and internal SOX audit Preparing/reviewing group and individual statutory accounts (FRS 102) Assisting with lease accounting, tax calculations, budget/forecast updates Coordinating with Tax department, reviewing provisions and writing technical memos.
