Title: Group Financial Controller Professional Services Salary: £110,000-120,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits package ML10026 Finatal is currently partnering with a highly acquisitive Software company recently backed by a leading mid-market Private equity fund and is searching for a new Group Financial Controller to be an integral part of their strategic growth journey. The desired individual would be technically and commercially strong, with previous experience in an M&A environment. The role would be working alongside a new CFO who has built his reputation in high growth Private Equity companies, it will be a great opportunity for an ambitious candidate to be the no.2 in finance. The Role: Business partnering with C-suite. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and analysis. Taking a significant role in M&A activity and integration of finance Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Delivering the high-level budgeting and forecasting Ownership of cashflow management Improving and developing KPI metrics Mentoring and upskilling incumbent finance department of 9 The Requirements: ACA, CIMA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualification Experience within a PE environment is desired M&A experience is desired Ambitious, hardworking and driven mentality
