Description Oversee all financial and accounting operations within the company. Develop financial strategies to achieve the company's growth goals. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Manage the Accounting & Finance department and provide mentorship to team members. Manage budget planning and cost management in alignment with company's goals. Working closely with the management team to make informed business decisions. Participate in performance evaluation processes and recommend improvements. Profile A successful Group Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA. Exposure in a similar role within the Professional Services industry. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards. Exceptional team management skills.
