Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven Financial Controller to make a huge impact across the group.

It's an exciting time to join as the high-performing finance team grows - to support the business as it continues to offer a world-class service and innovative solutions. This is a key position to support the group strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal audits and stock counts twice a year.
Analyse, redefine and improve internal processes across the group.
Monthly VAT checks.
Ensure the accuracy and security of the Document Management System.
Ensure that all regulatory manufacturer submissions are completed and sent accurately and within timeframe.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, consolidate monthly group accounts.
Using the reporting dashboards, assess and analyse KPIs whilst maintaining relevant reporting tools - sharing your financial insights with the SLT.
Lead the preparation and analysis of all group accounts.
Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Manage all cash flow, working capital and cash forecasting.
To Be Successful:
ACA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified.
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, influence and be an inspirational leader.
Experience using Kerridge, Power BI and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables/Power Query.
Diplomatic communication skills - with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Natural commerciality that can offer insights and recommendations.
Strong reporting and analysis skills.
Ability to prioritise variable and demanding workloads.
Flexibility to travel to other sites when needed.
Automotive industry experience highly desired - however, experience working in a multi-site retail/franchise business managing a string of accounts absolutely necessary.
