HSE Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for occupational health and industrial hygiene
• Overall responsibility for workplace and product health and safety
• Investigation of health and safety related accidents / incidents and reporting the findings
• Prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policies
• Conduct and record regular Service Department site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented
• Keep records of all SHE audit and inspection findings and produce reports suggested improvements

HSE Manager - Key Skills

• NEBOSH qualified
• Hold a HNC or equivalent in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience of implementing, monitoring, reviewing and auditing safety processes
• Knowledge/experience of ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001
• Experience in formulating polices and risk assessments
