Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Group Health and Safety Manager to join a leading maintenance company based in Barnet. In this critical role, you will bring your specialist expertise in Construction Health & Safety to a diverse range of projects, enabling works, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance programs. Our client covers social housing and commercial sectors.Offering up to 75,000k + Car AllowanceKey Responsibilities:Provide expert Health & Safety advice and guidance in line with current legislation, industry standards, and company policies.Oversee Health & Safety practices across a variety of projects, from new builds to refurbishment works.Collaborate with a team of professionals, ensuring all activities meet the highest safety standards.Offer commercially aware Health & Safety solutions that align with project goals.Professionally challenge and improve established processes, policies, and work activities.Experience Required:Chartered Health & Safety professional with a NEBOSH certificate and relevant H&S accreditation.10+ years of experience in Construction Health & Safety, specifically within public sector, social housing, or built environment sectors.In-depth knowledge of CDM Regulations.Strong ability to influence and implement change in established safety practices.Must be able to travel to the North London office (within an hour's commute).
