Group Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Scotland-based) with travel to the office every few weeks
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per year

You should have:
Strong skills in direct and digital marketing :
Campaign planning, testing, and execution.
CRM design and management.
Analytical ability to optimise strategies and improve results.
Exceptional organisation and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and keep them on schedule.
A fast-paced, target-driven approach that thrives on momentum and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
You will develop and deliver marketing campaigns to drive growth across our group businesses:
Professional Services Division :
Generate high-quality leads and increase event ticket sales.
Wellbeing & Mental Health Startup:
Build awareness and sales pipelines.
Drive ticket sales for events and workshops.
Collaborate with UX teams to optimize the digital experience.
Media & Content Platform :
Grow subscriber numbers and expand our audience.
Boost revenue through e-commerce and paid subscriptions.
Drive event ticket sales and participation.
Hospitality Venue :
Cross-promote services to generate event bookings and leads.
Personal Branding :
Enhance the online visibility of key individuals in the team.
Role Details
Salary : £42,000 - £45,000 per year (paid monthly)
Bonus : Performance-based, starting in Year 2
Location : Work from home (based in Scotland) with regular travel and overnight stays
Contract : Permanent, with a six-month probation period
Equipment : Laptop, phone, and necessary accessories provided
Expenses : Reimbursed with proper receipts and authorisation
Youll report directly to the CEO while collaborating with senior managers across our businesses.
