This Group Sales Manager is working for a finance training provider in Petersfield. The position is hybrid, offering a Monday to Friday working week, with 2 days worked from home. The hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. The position is paying up to �55,000 depending on experience alongside a Target Based Bonus!

This Group Sales Manager role also includes benefits such as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working and access to the pension scheme.

The Group Sales Manager position focuses on the sales of two companies, supporting the sales executives in both. The role is focused on strategy, not only to increase onboarding of new clients, but to also build upon the sales of existing clients to increase their product spend. The role has 7 direct reports across the two companies. It is important to keep them motivated and focused. Using internal systems, reporting and generating forecasts are also an aspect of this role. The role is focused on B2B sales for both businesses.

You will need:

  • Proven sales management experience
  • To be focused on sales strategy
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience with B2B sales
  • The ability to motivate and support individuals
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • To be able to generate/present reports and forecasts
  • Excellent communication and organisation
